Sometimes when we are not feeling up to the task or task its usually due to nutrition consumption or lack thereof. Food is fuel food is energy and energy keeps you motivated and keeps you pushing forward.

We could all be beasts outchea in terms of eating the right foods and maximizing nutrition gains and living our best lives, it really is your best life when your eating your best. The issue is we don't have the right education to know the right foods to eat. Me included. There is certain food i know i must stay away from but that is the extent of my knowledge. Certain foods are better at certain times of the day and at certain times of the year.


One does not need to be an expert on nutrition to know that food provides the ultimate fuel. Motivation drive and purpose I'm sure also play major roles in getting us to propel forward on a regular basis towards a planned trajectory. Without proper food, the right food for your body, these psychological driving forces would just stay in our minds as visions of something that we wish we could do.
